Returns
We hope you love your Besiki Home pieces. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
Orders returned outside of this 30-day window will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method in line with our policy.
If an item does not meet the conditions above, the return will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for the shipping cost to have the item sent back to you.
Return Instructions
You may return your order at your own expense within 30 days, provided it meets the conditions outlined above.
Returns are processed within 7 working days of arrival at our facility. You will receive confirmation once your return has been processed, and your refund will be issued shortly after via your original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your original order and placing a new order for your preferred product.
